PASTOR
CHAD BRANDON
Bro. Chad became pastor at West Race Baptist Church in June of 2020. This is his home church, where he surrendered to preach and was ordained, so it is a great blessing for him to come back and serve as pastor.
He has been married to his wife Shelley since 1992 and they have 3 children and 1 grand-daughter.
He is a graduate of Central Baptist College in Conway, Arkansas. He has a great love for people and a strong desire to help them "Become More Like Jesus."
He extends a warm welcome to come and visit our church. As he often says, "We'll treat you so many different ways, you're bound to like one of them!"
SECRETARY
RACHEL SMITH
Rachel joined the staff at West Race Baptist Church in September of 2018. She grew up in ministry. Making her way from the bottom of the state of Arkansas to North Central Arkansas, Rachel grew up a pastor's daughter and the ministry of serving others through Christ has consumed her life.
She has 4 daughters and has been married to her best friend since May 2008.
Accepting Christ as her Lord and Savior at the age of 9, Rachel has been making a sprint toward growing His kingdom for His glory. In coming to West Race Baptist Church she has found a people willing to serve and help others grow, also with a heart for community, and she is blessed that Christ has pointed their family to a group of like-minded individuals.
YOUTH PASTOR
ANDREW KRISELL
Andrew joined the staff at West Race Baptist Church in May of 2022.
Having been raised in church his entire life, he surrendered his life to the Lord at the age of 9. Since then, he has always loved going to church. Having felt a calling towards the ministry when in the 8th grade, it wasn’t until the summer before his senior year of high school that he "stopped running"and surrendered to the ministry. He has been filling pulpits and teaching any chance he could get.
Being licensed into the ministry on November 29th 2020, he has recently graduated from Central Baptist College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Bible with a minor in Christian Care and married his high school sweetheart.
